Greg Taylor was previously an investment banker (at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Securities), a lawyer and a hedge fund portfolio manager. Most recently, Mr. Taylor led the activist investing effort of the Clinton Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund as President of the firm. Mr. Taylor led more than 40 activist investments. One of the world’s leading proxy advisory and corporate governance research firms. Mr. Taylor lead teams that advised more than 350 institutional investors on proxy voting matters, corporate governance, activism, executive compensation and short sellers. Mr. Taylor was previously a Manager in the investment banking department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He is a laude graduate of the Harvard Law School. While at JRC he has worked closely with clients in the Banking, engineering, mining,
