Nadia Krishnani is a HR practitioner with 10 years experience in the field of human resource management, strategic leadership, staffing, training and development, organization development, design and change. She has held managerial positions at various multinational companies and is much affiliated with international organizations. She currently works at JRC as part time consultant. Nadia has been responsible for the design, implementation and success of major change initiatives, organization design and leadership programs. Her focus is aligning people strategically, create business strategy and organization culture, values and purpose. At times, she has been invited to hold motivational and team-building sessions, strategic planning, coaching and mentoring workshops to professionals and executives in manufacturing, sales and logistics, and retail to name a few.
